At Trialuxe, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for trial size discovery kits or full size products once delivered, as these are personal care products.
However, we will accept a return and provide a full refund in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- You received a damaged product
